Wonder Woman is one of my favorite movie for its portrayal of a strong woman leading role. I feel that every young woman should watch this movie because it teaches that real strength is in loving others. She is deeply sympathetic and concerned for those who are suffering during World War II. When she sees limping soldiers and struggling families, she has an urgency to stop and help them. She has the courage to say "no" when she is told that she can't help everyone in the war. I love that she defies that statement and stands up for the innocent.

Wonder Woman also has a side of vulnerability. She truly loves Steve Trevor and when he sacrifices himself for the greater good, she is in evident agony. When she is faced with killing the woman behind creating the ultimate killing weapon chemistry, she demonstrates immense grace by sparing her life. She remembers the love that Steve Trevor showed her and is able to forgive her. She is then able to combat the real root of evil- Ares, the god of war. She emphasizes that, "Love is my strength" and confidently moves forward to rise above, floating in the air as she defeats her enemy once and for all.
